Cristina A Schumacher developed a programme for companies to assess their return-on-investment in employee language learning training. The programme is offered for English and Spanish training.

Cristina and her team also conduct candidate screening processes in in-company as well as external selection and hiring. Foreign language knowledge of a candidate is checked and a report is produced and sent. The whole process is held online and includes the assessment of listening, reading, speaking and writing skills.
